Disclosure

Last updated: 20 August 2026

In the interest of transparency and in line with applicable AMFI and SEBI requirements, Air Warrior Money makes the following disclosures to investors and prospective investors.

1. Registration status

Air Warrior Money acts as a distributor of mutual funds and is registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) as a Mutual Fund Distributor. Our AMFI Registration Number is ARN-240125. The EUINs of our employees are available on request and are quoted on transaction documents as required. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager or stock broker.

2. How we are compensated

As a distributor, we receive commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for the distribution of their mutual fund schemes under the regular plans in which our clients invest. This commission is paid by the AMC out of the scheme's expense ratio; it is not charged separately to you over and above the scheme's stated expenses. We do not charge investors any fee for our distribution services.

Under SEBI's all-trail commission framework, upfront commission stands discontinued. What we receive is trail commission: a small annual percentage of the value of your investments, calculated on daily average assets and paid periodically for as long as you remain invested through us. There is no entry load, and nothing is deducted from your investment amount at the time you invest.

3. Commission structure

The table below sets out the upfront and trail brokerage we receive across mutual fund scheme categories. Rates vary across AMCs, scheme categories and, in some cases, the amount and duration of investment, so each category is shown as a range.

4. Your rights as an investor

Because different products and schemes may carry different commission rates, a potential conflict of interest exists in any distribution business. We manage this by recommending products based on your stated goals, horizon and risk profile, documenting the rationale where appropriate, and disclosing commission structures so that you can make an informed decision.

  • You may ask us at any time for the exact commission we earn on any scheme recommended to you, and we will disclose it before you invest.
  • You are free to invest in direct plans of mutual fund schemes, which carry no distributor commission and have a lower expense ratio, either directly with the AMC or through other platforms. Direct plans do not include our distribution and support services.
  • Your account statements from the AMC or RTA reflect the scheme, plan and applicable expense ratios of your holdings, and aggregate commission details are disclosed in the Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) sent to you as required under SEBI regulations.
  • We may receive different commissions from different AMCs for similar schemes. We are required to, and do, recommend schemes based on your suitability rather than the commission payable to us, in line with the AMFI Code of Conduct.

5. Other disclosures

  • Air Warrior Money does not receive any consideration by way of remuneration or reward from investors.
  • We may from time to time participate in training or business development programmes organised by AMCs.
  • For insurance products distributed or referred by us, commission is paid by the respective insurance company as per IRDAI norms and is embedded in the premium.
  • Scheme-wise commission structures are also disclosed by AMFI on its website at amfiindia.com under distributor commission disclosures.

6. Risk disclosure

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future returns, and no scheme or return is guaranteed. Product suitability depends on your individual circumstances.

7. Investor grievance redressal

For any service issue or grievance, please write to care@airwarriormoney.com or call 0120-4992455, and we will endeavour to resolve it promptly.

If your grievance relates to a mutual fund scheme and is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the concerned AMC's investor service cell, and thereafter to SEBI through its online complaint redressal system, SCORES, at scores.sebi.gov.in. Complaints relating to distribution conduct may also be raised with AMFI at amfiindia.com.

8. Anti-money laundering and KYC

We follow the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering requirements prescribed under applicable law and SEBI regulations. Investments can be accepted only from KYC-compliant investors, and we may seek information and documents necessary to meet these obligations.

9. Updates to this disclosure

This disclosure may be updated from time to time to reflect regulatory changes or changes in our business. The version published on this website is the current version.
